Esta política describe el tratamiento de datos personales en el sitio web villadetective.es (el sitio informativo). La aplicación app.villadetective.es, donde se crean cuentas y se utiliza el servicio, dispone de su propia política de privacidad.

2. Qué datos tratamos y para qué
- Datos de navegación. Al visitar el sitio, el servidor de alojamiento registra datos técnicos (dirección IP, fecha y hora, página solicitada, navegador) en sus registros de acceso. Finalidad: mantenimiento, seguridad y diagnóstico técnico del sitio. Base jurídica: interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f RGPD). Conservación: los plazos técnicos breves habituales del proveedor de alojamiento.
- Buscador de la portada. La URL de anuncio que introduzcas se envía a la aplicación (app.villadetective.es) al pulsar «Localizar». En este sitio no se almacena.
- Correo electrónico. Si nos escribes, trataremos tus datos de contacto para atender tu consulta (art. 6.1.b y 6.1.f RGPD) y los conservaremos mientras dure la conversación y los plazos de prescripción aplicables.
No elaboramos perfiles ni tomamos decisiones automatizadas con efectos jurídicos sobre los visitantes de este sitio.
3. Destinatarios y encargados
El sitio se aloja en Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd. y sus filiales en la UE), que actúa como encargado del tratamiento de los registros técnicos del servidor, en centros de datos situados en la Unión Europea. No se ceden datos a otros terceros ni se realizan transferencias internacionales fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo desde este sitio web.
4. Cookies y almacenamiento local
El único dato que se guarda en tu navegador es tu preferencia de idioma (clave vf-lang en localStorage), y solo si cambias el idioma manualmente con el selector ES/EN. Es un almacenamiento funcional solicitado por ti, exento de consentimiento conforme al artículo 22.2 de la LSSI-CE. No contiene información personal y no se transmite a ningún servidor. Puedes eliminarlo borrando los datos de navegación de tu navegador.
5. Tus derechos
Puedes ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad escribiendo a info@villadetective.es, indicando el derecho que deseas ejercer. Responderemos en el plazo máximo de un mes.
Si consideras que el tratamiento no se ajusta a la normativa, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
6. Cambios en esta política
Esta política puede actualizarse si cambian los tratamientos del sitio (por ejemplo, si se incorporara analítica web). La fecha de la última revisión figura al pie del documento.

This policy describes the processing of personal data on the villadetective.es website (the informational site). The application at app.villadetective.es, where accounts are created and the service is used, has its own privacy policy.

- Browsing data. When you visit the site, the hosting server records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in its access logs. Purpose: maintenance, security and technical diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: the hosting provider's usual short technical periods.
- Homepage search box. The listing URL you enter is sent to the application (app.villadetective.es) when you press "Find the address". It is not stored on this site.
- Email. If you write to us, we process your contact details to handle your enquiry (art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep them for the duration of the conversation and applicable limitation periods.
We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects about visitors to this site.
3. Recipients and processors
The site is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd. and its EU subsidiaries), acting as processor for the server's technical logs, in data centres located in the European Union. No data is shared with other third parties and no international transfers outside the European Economic Area are made from this website.
4. Cookies and local storage
The only item stored in your browser is your language preference (key vf-lang in localStorage), and only if you change the language manually with the ES/EN switch. This is functional storage requested by you, exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. It contains no personal information and is never transmitted to any server. You can remove it by clearing your browser data.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@villadetective.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one month at most.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the site's processing changes (for example, if web analytics were ever added). The date of the last revision appears at the foot of the document.
